Luis specialises in lending, both at a national and international level, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, mezzanine financing, project and real estate finance and structured finance. He has also experience advising investors in the acquisition of distressed assets and non-performing debt porfolios, having been also heavily involved in pre-insolvency debt restructurings and strategic insolvency advisory. He has led, coordinated and worked on cross-border transactions in Europe.
