Lisanne Bosman

Lisanne specialised in corporate law and is a deputy civil law notary (kandidaat notaris). She has experience across a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, private equity, general corporate advice, equity capital markets and corporate restructurings. Lisanne joined Allen & Overy in 2014 after studying at the University of Utrecht.
