Lindsey joined Allen & Overy’s Advanced Delivery Legal team (ADL) as a Senior Associate in September 2022. Lindsey completed her training contract with one of Northern Ireland’s largest commercial firms and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Before joining ADL Lindsey was a legal director at a leading Northern Irish law firm.
Lindsey has acted for insolvency practitioners, secured and unsecured creditors and companies on a significant number of high profile insolvencies in Northern Ireland and is recognised in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for her expertise in the restructuring and insolvency sector.
Lindsey also has broad range of experience acting for lenders, investors and borrowers in a wide range of finance matters including: refinancing, secured and unsecured lending, property and development finance, asset based finance, loan portfolio sales and lender enforcement strategies.
Since joining ADL Lindsey has worked on a range of matters to include transactional support on banking matters, completion of lender checklists and assisting with Chapter 11 proceedings.
