Lina is the Head of the Corporate department of the Hong Kong office of Allen & Overy. 

She has a wealth of experience advising listed and private companies in corporate finance, equity capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions, including IPOs, secondary equity fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Lina has over 20 years of corporate finance legal advisory experience and speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
