Leopoldo is Senior Associate at the Public Law Department in Madrid (Spain) and specializes in Administrative Law, Zoning and Planning and Environmental Law.

He has a wide experience in all kind of administrative (administrative appeals, sanctioning proceedings, etc.) and judicial review proceedings. In addition, his experience extends to advising and representing clients, inter alia, in Public Procurement matters, trade and e-commerce and regulated sectors, including telecommunications, audio-visual broadcasting and transports.
