Leanne has a broad finance background built up through working in both our London and Frankfurt offices on real estate finance transactions, syndicated corporate finance and restructurings.
Her specialism is UK and European real estate finance across all classes of real estate assets, including investment, development and acquisition driven facilities with complex intercreditor and completion arrangements. She has experience working on loans structured for CMBS exits. Leanne has spent time on secondment to the structured finance side of the Loans Negotiation Group at Goldman Sachs.
