Leanne has over 25 years’ experience as a commercial litigator with extensive involvement in large-scale, complex disputes.
Leanne has particular expertise in competition and consumer law disputes, acting both for and against the regulator, and in Corporations Law regulatory, investigation and enforcement matters and shareholder disputes. Leanne has also been involved and continues to represent global clients in high-value class action disputes.
Leanne also has past experience as in-house general counsel and brings the benefit of that insight and experience to bear in delivering client-focussed outcomes to her litigation clients.
