Lázaro is an associate in the capital markets department at Allen & Overy Madrid. Over the past few years, he has advised managers and issuers on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, including domestic and international notes and commercial paper programmes (including EMTN, ECP and structured products) and issuances of a wide variety of products, such as, among others, regulatory capital notes, project bonds, ESG bonds, structured products and hybrid securities.
He has wide experience in complex and highly structured transactions including bespoke derivative transactions, cash securitisations (both public and private), synthetic securitisations and other capital relief and significant risk transfer transactions, including related regulatory matters. He has also experience in other financial transactions such as corporate financings, project finance and restructurings.
