Lauren is an associate in the Litigation & Investigations Group of Allen & Overy’s New York Office. Her practice focuses on internal and regulatory investigations and complex commercial disputes.

Lauren has experience representing companies and individuals in connection with investigations and enforcement actions by the CFTC, DOJ, FEC, SEC, and state attorneys general.  She also has experience representing multinational corporations in connection with complex antitrust and commercial litigation. In addition, as a member of the Political Law Group, Lauren counsels clients on campaign finance laws, lobbying regulations, gifts and entertainment, pay-to-play issues, revolving door restrictions, and placement agent regulations.
