Laure specialises in international capital markets offerings.
She acts for financial institutions, insurance companies and French and foreign corporates on a wide range of capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on debt securities (bonds, EMTN, commercial paper) including structured or innovative products and operations (liability management, subordinated securities, covered bonds, Euro PP, sustainability-linked bonds and green bonds).
Prior to joining A&O in 2018, Laure worked as an associate within the International Capital Markets team of a French law firm.
