Laura is an associate in our Real Estate department in the London office. Laura advises private equity funds, financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds on a range of commercial real estate activities, including real estate finance transactions, acquisitions and sales and commercial leasing.

Laura also has experience advising clients on joint venture arrangements set up in respect of property portfolios and advises arrangers and originators on real estate matters on residential mortgage backed securitisations and Discount Window Facility transactions.
