Lara has a degree in Law and a diploma in International Relationship from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Madrid (ICADE). Lara has also participated in an International Exchange Program in University of San Francisco.
Lara dedicates most of her time to insolvency, restructuring and enforcement of guarantees matters. In this respect, she has advised different national and international financial institutions in some of the main insolvency proceedings in Spain as well as in different procedures for the judicial sanction of refinancing agreements.
