She has a wide experience in project structuring, drafting and negotiating collective agreements, various aspects of urban planning and construction operations.

Lamiae has been involved in a number of large scale leisure projects, such as Saîdia, Lixus, Mazagan, Mogador and Taghazout, and on hospitality.
