Kristina is a Senior Associate in our International Capital Markets and Banking team. She focuses on general capital markets matters and has a broad range of capital market experience.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2019, she worked for another leading law firm in Luxembourg and as a legal counsel at the European Investment Bank.
She was admitted to the Luxembourg bar under her professional home title in 2016. Kristina is a member of several working groups of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA).
