Kevin is a senior associate in Allen & Overy's Asia Pacific Restructuring and Recovery Group, specialising in contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency. He advises on financial restructuring, distressed transactions (distressed asset sales/acquisitions and debt trading), cross-border insolvency and all aspects of corporate insolvency, including receivership, voluntary administration, deed of company arrangement, creditors’ scheme of arrangement and liquidation.

He also has significant experience advising boards in relation to their statutory duties and informal workouts. Kevin was named the winner of the 2020 Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 (Insolvency) and a finalist of the 2019 Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 (Insolvency).
