Kelse is an associate in the Antitrust practice group and a member of the firm’s Investigations and Litigation Practice. His practice focuses primarily on complex litigation, including multidistrict civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as criminal investigations involving the Department of Justice. He has also advised clients with respect to merger clearance and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act second requests. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Kelse served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Mariani, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
