Kelly van der Vooren

Kelly specialises in restructurings, debt restructurings and aspects of insolvency law and also has a wide experience in corporate financing transactions acting for both financial institutions and companies, including PE houses.

Kelly joined the firm in 2007. Kelly also has a wide-range experience from working in the legal restructuring team of a global financial institution and being on business secondment with their international financing restructuring team before Kelly rejoined the firm in 2021.

Kelly is a member of the Dutch Restructuring Association.
