Kelly is a tax associate in A&O Shearman’s New York office.
At A&O Shearman, Kelly advises on a wide range of U.S. federal income tax matters including advising on the tax aspects of cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, private equity fund formation and capital markets transactions. She has worked extensively with sovereign wealth funds, pensions funds and family offices on their investments and has advised on US tax issues relevant to Section 892 foreign government investors and qualified foreign pension funds.
