Kelly is a specialist in sustainability/ESG policy and regulation. She is responsible for regulatory intelligence & trend analysis, thought leadership, external training and client briefings. She is an active participant in trade and policy fora, and is a member of the firm's Sustainability Steering Committee.
She joined A&O from the Regulatory Policy Legal team at an international bank, where she led engagement on climate risk and sustainability in the EU and the UK. Her role included working with senior management to develop strategic responses to emerging regulation and representing the bank in the FCA-PRA Climate Financial Risk Forum Innovation Working Group.
Prior to joining the bank in 2017, she was a managing associate focusing on markets regulation, structured products and derivatives at a magic circle firm. She has broad in-house experience, including legal, strategy and business roles.
Kelly is also a postgraduate student with the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, where her research focuses on climate and nature-related financial risk and extrinsic drivers for strategic change.
