Kelle has many years' experience in South Africa's derivatives, securities lending and repo markets, from both transactional and regulatory perspectives. 

She has drafted and negotiated all aspects of the relevant documentation and has advised local and international clients on a wide range of structured finance and market transactions. She has focused particularly on the regulatory regimes applicable to banks and to derivatives and financial services providers, on legal issues in the securities lending and repo markets and on collateral and netting. She additionally advises on the South African regulatory regimes applicable to payment systems, market infrastructures and crypto-asset service providers.
