Kayleigh specialises in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Kayleigh regularly represents private equity investors, such as 3i and Equistone, and she advised NPM Capital on the sale of Vanderlande to Toyota Industries.
Her experience also includes advising on global business process and IT outsourcing, international arbitration and corporate litigation.
Kayleigh joined A&O after obtaining an LLM in Corporate Law, cum laude, at the VU University Amsterdam.
