Kathleen is in Allen & Overy's Global Restructuring Group, based in our London office. She advises creditors and borrowers on a wide range of international financings and restructurings, with expertise in the Emerging Markets and Sovereign Debt.
Kathleen offers a global outlook combined with local experience, having worked on-the-ground in various key financial markets. These include Singapore, Shanghai and Johannesburg. She is ranked as a highly regarded lawyer by IFLR1000 and named an IFLR1000 Women Leader. She is recognised for her industry and geographical knowledge by Legal 500. She is a member of the Loan Market Association Developing Markets Committee and served on the INSOL World Editorial Board.
Kathleen is fluent in French and English and operates in three dialects of Chinese, including Mandarin, Cantonese and Toisanese.
