Kate is a counsel in our litigation, arbitration and disputes resolution practice in the Johannesburg office. She serves clients in the fields of construction and engineering, mining, manufacturing and telecommunications.

Kate assists clients with project advisory and risk management related issues as well as the resolution of complex disputes by means of mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Kate has advised clients on a number of major infrastructure projects, both domestically and internationally. Kate regularly acts for both employers and contractors.
