Katarina Matulnikova

Katarína heads the Employment practice in Bratislava. She regularly advises employers in a wide variety of industry sectors on the full range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. She has significant experience in employment restructurings, international assignments, and employee transfers and redundancies (including group lay-offs). Katarína drafts internal policies (company handbooks) and employment and management agreements. She also advises on benefit/incentive schemes, the employment aspects of acquisitions, and data protection regulations. Katarína is a member of the Employment and Social Affairs Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia, and regularly conducts client seminars and speaks at conferences on various employment law issues.
