Kamil advises on individual and collective labour law, in particular entering and terminating employment and management contracts, remuneration in the banking sector, workforce restructuring, group lay-offs, internal regulations, internal investigations as well as transactional aspects relating to the transfer of an employing establishment to a new employer.

He represents clients in litigation, in particular disputes over employment termination, remuneration and prohibition of competition. He also advises on immigration law in matters related to obtaining residence and work permits.
