Justyna has extensive professional experience covering consultancy on electronic trade, commercial contracts and new technologies law, as well as intellectual property rights and data protection.

Justyna also has considerable expertise in advising world-leading operators on ecommerce, e-payments, unfair commercial practices and misleading advertising matters. She has also been involved in many complex outsourcing transactions, acting for both customers and suppliers. She assists clients in managing the implementation of IT systems, and outsourcing solutions and cloud projects, and by negotiating agreements concerning the servicing, maintenance, implementation and licencing for IT solutions. She also represents clients in contentious cases carried out by the Polish Patent Office and Polish common courts, covering enforcement of the protection of intellectual property rights and fair competition principles, and co-ordinates intellectual rights customs property protection programmes.
