Justine advises on a wide range of corporate matters, with particular expertise in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

She has a particular focus on real estate investment projects. She holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge and is currently following the “Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois”.

Justine joined Allen & Overy in 2020.
