Justin is in Allen & Overy’s International Arbitration Group, and advises on international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration and business and human rights. He has participated in arbitrations under the rules of various institutions (including ICC, LCIA and ICSID).
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Justin worked as a legal research assistant at Oxford University, researching for two academic monographs on omissions liability.
He has published articles in leading journals, including multiple articles in the Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly. He served on the editorial board of the ninth edition of the Allen & Overy Business and Human Rights Review.
