Juri Bettinelli



Juri specialises in banking and finance, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency. He has extensive experience in restructuring transactions and out-court proceedings, both for borrowers and lenders as well as in insolvency in-court proceedings, where Juri has also advised investors on purchasing assets, stakes and going concerns.

Juri has also been involved in acquisition financings, equity financing solutions, quasi equity instruments as well as various corporate law related matters (shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, review of by-laws, company resolutions).
