Julia advises national and international clients in all matters related to individual and collective employment law. The focus of her advice is on the conclusion and termination of employment and service relationships, accompanying complex restructurings and conducting labour court disputes, in particular with regard to protection against dismissal.

In addition, Julia is the contact for day-to-day individual employment law as well as works constitution law and collective bargaining law matters, such as the continued validity of collective agreements after the transfer of a business or the demarcation between employees and self-employed persons. She is particularly interested in modern forms of work such as crowdwork and has extensive expertise in this area.
