Joyce specialises in various aspects of (notarial) corporate law such as mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, demergers, spin-offs, corporate restructurings and reorganisations. She advises (inter)national listed companies on their Dutch structure and Dutch corporate governance.

Joyce is also often involved in private equity transactions, management buy-outs, buy-ins and IPO's. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Joyce was the managing partner for the Amsterdam office of AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen. She has experience of working in New York, where she mainly focussed on US international clients doing business in Europe via the Netherlands.
