Joshua is an associate in our New York securitization and structured finance practice. He has experience advising sponsors, underwriters and issuers in a range of Rule 144A and Regulation S securitizations. Such transactions include offerings involving covered bonds, collateralized loan obligations, credit card receivables, auto-leases, and residential mortgage-backed securities. Joshua has provided regulatory advice in relation to the Volcker Rule, U.S. Risk Retention, and New York law matters for both US and foreign entities.
