Josh is an associate in the U.S. restructuring group. He has experience advising debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in relation to cross-border and domestic insolvency proceedings.

Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Josh served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge James L. Garrity, Jr. at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
