Joseph Ward

Joseph’s responsibilities as a Senior Legal Project Manager include managing all aspects of legal matters, as well as providing project management consultancy on specific project tasks and phases.  Joseph’s role involves planning and scoping, in-flight matter management and reporting, as well as managing transaction-closing tasks.  In addition, Joseph has significant experience of working directly with clients providing a holistic project management offering, which includes the coordination and management of external local counsel firms as well as professional services firms.
