Joseph is counsel in the Firm's U.S. Leveraged Finance group and advises banks, finance companies and investment funds on large-cap and middle-market matters across a broad range of industries.
He has extensive experience advising clients on commercial finance transactions, including asset-based and cash flow financings, first lien and second lien financings, first-out/last-out financings, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, and out-of-court restructurings and workouts. Joseph is recognized as a Commercial Lending "Rising Star" in the 2022 edition of USA Legal 500.
