José Luis is an associate in the Banking and Finance department in our Madrid office.
He has experience in a wide range of finance transactions advising financial entities, investment funds and companies on national and international banking and finance transactions. He has participated in, amongst others, corporate finance, private acquisitions, real estate finance, restructuring and insolvency transactions.
