José Antonio specializes in employment law, with over 9 years of experience in this field.
He has experience in a wide range of employment and social security law including among others the following: litigation, collective temporary layoff, collective layoffs, legal reports and memos; insourcing and outsourcing processes, senior management hiring and termination, equality plans, and social security issues.
José Antonio has particular experience in employment litigation, specialising in complex, collective and individual judicial processes. Furthermore, he advices international companies, from all countries with a focus on French speaking countries.
Before joining Allen & Overy, he worked for 6 years in the employment area of Garrigues, where he made a secondment in their Peruvian office (Lima, Peru).
José Antonio collaborate in pro-bono matters working with Fundación Integra on assisting people in social exclusion and people with disabilities to regain control of their lives through employment, amongst others.
