José Luimstra

She is a deputy civil law notary and specialises in corporate law. José advises, amongst others, investment funds and asset management companies on the corporate law aspects of their activities. She has experience across a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and general corporate advice. José joined Allen & Overy in 2021 after graduating from the University of Groningen. She is a member of the Royal Society of Civil Law Notaries.
