Joris Goettsch

Joris specialises in corporate law with a focus on M&A transactions. He holds masters degrees in Financial law and Corporate law, as well as in Strategic Management (MSc) from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. His practice covers transactions for private equity and strategic investors with a specific focus on technology. He advised the founders on the sale of Euvision Technologies (an artificial intelligence based university spin-off) to Qualcomm, Modern Times Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Zoom.in (online content producer and multi channel network platform), AVG on its acquisition of Privax (VPN provider), as well as Wolters Kluwer on several investments. In addition, Joris gained experience in the litigation practice group, advising and litigating on a range of corporate litigation, commercial litigation and restructuring matters.
