Jorge is a finance lawyer who has advised international and local banks, investment firms, corporates and funds on a broad range of cross-border financing transactions. Jorge studied Law and Business Administration in ICADE University in 2004-2010. Before Jorge joined Allen & Overy, he worked for twelve years in the Finance law departments at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Simmons & Simmons.
Jorge has experience in advising on the arrangement of international debt programmes and bonds issues, corporate and real estate financing and all kinds of Spanish law guarantees and security, as well as banking, corporate finance, real estate, cryptoassets, restructuring and distressed debt. He has advised major international banks on the restructuring and refinancing of debts including some of the largest real-estate and industrial companies in Spain.
