Jonny is a London-based associate specialising in structured finance. He has experience assisting clients with (i) their programme updates for the issuance of structured notes, warrants and certificates with a range of characteristics and underlying asset classes, (ii) the issuance of listed, rated, unlisted and unrated securities under structured note programmes and repackaging programmes, and (iii) amendments to the terms of issued securities for regulatory, IBOR-transition related or other purposes.
