Jonathan Goodwin is a consultant in the pensions team. He joined Allen & Overy in 1978 and was a partner specialising in pensions law with experience in employment law as well. He acts for both employers and trustees of pension schemes on a broad range of issues, using his combined employment and pensions expertise in areas such as changes in benefit structures, discrimination, TUPE and scheme terminations. He has considerable experience in pension scheme documentation, mergers and break ups. He has also been actively involved in litigious pension matters.
