John Lee is the Asia Pacific head of Allen & Overy’s international capital markets department and a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong. He has advised on various capital market transactions, relating to euro and global medium term note programme establishment and updates, Rule 144A and Reg S bonds, panda bonds, corporate hybrid securities, bank and insurance regulatory capital instruments, global depositary receipts, IPOs, convertible and exchangeable bonds, commercial paper programmes, certificate of deposit programmes, bonds with warrants, structured finance, securitisations, synthetic collateralised obligations and structured call warrants, involving Asian issuers.
