Johannes advises in national and international M&A transactions and on various aspects of corporate law with a focus on private equity. In particular, Johannes specialises in complex intra-group reorganisations both on national as well as on cross-border levels.

He was gaining initial practical experience in competition and antitrust law as a research assistant at the University Passau and as a trainee lawyer in an Irish law firm.
