As Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Jo works closely with the senior leadership team to develop strategy and action plans to help Allen & Overy achieve its diversity and inclusion goals. She leads a team who are responsible for delivering a range of diversity and inclusion measures.

Jo has extensive experience working across a range of diversity strands and on programmes focussed on inclusive behaviours.  She has been with Allen & Overy for six years during which time the firm has been recognised as a best in class employer for women and the LGBTQ+ community.
