Jiří specialises in insolvency, restructuring and client representation in litigation and arbitration. In insolvency and restructuring, he focuses on comprehensive advice on legal and financial issues related to insolvency and representation of clients from among creditors, debtors and insolvency trustees in insolvency proceedings, incidental disputes, and meetings of creditors’ committees.

In dispute resolution, he represents clients in complex disputes in judicial and arbitration proceedings in the Czech Republic and abroad. Jiří is ranked as a Rising Star for Restructuring and insolvency by IFLR1000.
