Mieke advises on a wide range of project finance transactions, including LNG, power, renewable energy and infrastructure transactions.
She has significant experience acting for major Japanese and Chinese sponsors and financial institutions on international outbound financings and has particular expertise in ECA-backed transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and due diligencing finance and project contracts.
Mieke speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, German and Japanese.
