Jetske's practice focuses on corporate law and contract law. As a member of the Corporate Litigation team, she advises and litigates on various matters, such as governance disputes, joint venture failures, and investment litigation.
Previously, Jetske worked in A&O's banking and finance practice, where she acted for both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financial transactions, including cross-border restructurings, loan portfolio sales and acquisition finance. Jetske graduated from Leiden University with an LLM in Corporate Law and Philosophy of Law.
