Advising group of clients including Bank Gospodarstwa Krajoweg, Polska Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski, Alior Bank, DZ Bank AG and Węglokoks acting as the bondholders of Polska Grupa Górnicza in relation to the intercreditor arrangements concerning a liquidity loan of PLN1bn made available to Polska Grupa Górnicza by Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A.

Advising the lenders (ING Bank B.V., London Branch acting as the Agent for a consortium of banks including mBank S.A., ING Bank Śląski S.A. and Raiffeisen Bank International AG) on out-of-court restructuring of indebtedness of one of the largest confectioners in Europe under a syndicated senior facilities agreement
