Jean has significant experience representing leading corporate clients, private equity and investment funds and financial institutions in respect of investment platforms formation, equity financings, M&As, disposals, co-investment transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Her practice covers a wide range of industries with a particular focus on the real estate sector. Jean has worked in Allen & Overy's Shanghai office since 2007.
Jean has a Magister Juris degree (Distinction) from Oxford University and an LLM degree from New York University. Jean is qualified in China and the state of New York, and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
